Matte Finish is a water-based styling clay with kaolin and beeswax. It holds firmly but stays workable enough to restyle during the day, and dries down completely matte, so hair looks thicker and textured rather than coated or wet.
It performs best on short to medium hair — crops, textured quiffs, loose side parts — and on fine hair that falls flat by lunchtime. Because the base is water, it rinses out with a single wash and leaves no waxy build-up.
Scoop out a small amount, warm it between your palms until it turns clear, then work it through towel-dry or fully dry hair from the roots up. Add a little more where you want extra height.
